Clean room Good breakfast Very helpful staff

The room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very quiet at night, which was really good for sleeping. The continental breakfast was good. The distance from the hotel to Puerto Ayora is about 1.4 miles; about a 6-minute drive (the cost is $2 one-way) or a 15-minute walk. The front desk can coordinate a taxi for you if needed. Walking at night was very safe from Puerto Ayora to the hotel.

Away from loud noise. Rooms are always cleaned. Staff are very helpful, courteous, friendly. Breakfast choices are simple , good and healthy. Amenities are minimal, Just no elevator, but tolerable. 3-5 ninutes to town by taxi $2.00 (yes $2.00). This would have cost me $5-7 in L.A. I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was fresh, but skimpy and only offered during narrow 90 minute window. Place is not convenient to downtown. Staff doesn’t speak English, but eager to help.

Me he quedado 3 veces y siempre volvería. La atencion es super buena, el desayuno es bastante completo, las instalaciones siempre limpias e iluminadas. Muy buen Internet y cuando necesitas un taxi lo consiguen al segundo. Precio calidad 10/10. Y las camas son deliciosas RECOMENDADISIMO!!!

Only $2 and 3minute taxi ride to downtown, this hotel wowed with its cleanliness, friendly staff, amazing free breakfast, free water jug, a couch to sit on and relax right outside every room and an amazing pool. Not to mention a great value!

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was great. The room was spacious and clean, the pool and jacuzzi area were always clean with towels. They had a nice breakfast in the mornings. There are 2 mini markets nearby for your essentials, and its a short taxi ride to town. Oscar and Ronal were very attentive in helping me book a tour, give recommendations of places to eat and even help me book a ferry on my last day. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Staff was very helpful. Simple boutique hotel with clean, modern rooms. Wonderful breakfast daily. Highly recommend. Located on the edge of town but only $2 taxi or 20 minute downhill walk to central area of town. Other amenities - assistance with tours, pool, hot tub, bottled water on each floor, fridge in room, evening coffee and tea.

The staff was amazing, so attentive and kind!

When we arrived for check in, we we’re greeted by Oscar. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested restaurants and arranged taxis and tours for us. Our room was very clean and spacious. Towels were provided for the pool and beach. Breakfast was served made to order and hot. The hotel is a 30 min walk to town or a 5 min taxi drive.

The staff were helpful, friendly and caring. Breakfast was just right, we definitely made use of that amenity. The rooms were very basic but must say very clean with good enough space for our family.

We are extending our stay by one day. Excellent hotel if you are prepared for the 25 minute walk to the dock Charles Darwin Ave. It is USD2 per taxi otherwise.

Pros 1. Clean room 2. Excellent and friendly staff 3. Simple but freshly prepared lovely breakfast 4. Spacious and comfortable room- well priced What could be improved 1. The contact number listed was incorrect and Expedia hides the phone number and email the property sent via message. The front desk closes at 6 pm so if you come in after those hours it's impossible to contact the property to make arrangements ahead of time. The number mentioned on the listing was wrong and we kept calling this lady before we finally realized it was a wrong number 2. The air conditioner in the master bedroom of the two bed room unit was not working. It was hot. The staff were not able to fix it. It appears that another two bed room unit was available for booking on Expedia but it was not offered. 3. Property was a 10 minute drive from the city center and involved getting a taxi every time. We stayed only for one night because our lovely Airbnb was not available on the night of our arrival, and moved closer the next day so it was not a big issue for us. Getting a taxi to go downtown was not easy especially late evening (for dinner) but getting one to come back was quick. Overall, the pros of this place significant out weigh the negatives and we would not hesitate to stay here again, especially as a bridge for a night. The friendly staff, clean room and amenities were all things we enjoyed.

Booked superior double king bed, at check-in the guy went to get the key for the correct room (we’ve stayed before and know the room types) but the were no keys left for that room type so gave us a deluxe double with queen, pretty much half the size. I pointed this out but he just said that’s what Expedia had reserved so argue with them. Expedia no help either.
