Great hotel in a really good location. Close enough to everything that you can walk to pretty much anywhere. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was really good with a good choice of cooked/non cooked, and there was also an omelette station.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Budapest. The staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable. The location is fantastic and puts you right in the middle of the major tourist sites. The only complaint that I have is that the restaurant and rooftop terrace were both under construction during our stay. I was notified in advance about the restaurant but disappointed when we arrived to find out that the terrace was also out of commission. Because of that, we didn't really spend much time at the hotel itself. I would still recommend it however and we left happy. I would stay there again.

Hotel is in a really convenient place. It was easy to get to everywhere we wanted.

The restaurant could use better management. We were given 2 free drinks at the time of check-in and our waiter Roland got very upset about that and told us he could give us free water. making us get up and go to the reception desk to ask for a proper voucher. the front desk sent us back with what we had given him at the start, a note from the front desk on our room key envelope. he was not happy at all. It was obviously a communication problem with the staff. we did not go back to the restaurant at all during our stay!

The hotel was modern, spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived a day late due to flihht cancellation and they gave us an extra day without charge. Highly recommend

The Nice, new hotel is located in the Center of Budapest, just 3 minutes walk from various theaters and the opera house. We had the opportunity to watch the musical Mary Poppins in the Madach Theater, which was fascinating. The hotel restaurant is of high quality, the staff is professional, the dinner was excellent. The room is modern. We will definitely return to this hotel, and we will not miss a good musical in the Madach Theater.

Great location within easy distance of the city centre and tube station. Handy corner shop and bakery outside the hotel and lovely local restaurants near to the opera house. Room was very clean, extremely quiet although a little small.

We had a lovely stay at the Pullman. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel was well placed for visiting all of the main attractions - almost everything was a 15-20 minute walk away. We also used Uber to get to further away places like the Szechenyi Thermal Spa. We booked the spa through the hotel and ate at a nearby restaurant that was recommended by the receptionist on duty. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
