The hotel was nice, beautiful, and had a beautiful view. However, the pool was unusable. They said it would be cleaned continuously from check-in until the next morning, but it still hadn't been cleaned. Quite disappointing.

The bedroom smelled of cigarettes, was dirty, and looked like it had rarely been cleaned.

Children also have to pay to swim even though I'm staying in 2 rooms.

It's really bad here, from the moment we walked in, there were iron marks on the sheets, no one knew who made them, and then when we checked out, they immediately cut it off, saying we'd iron the clothes. Just think, we're going on vacation, not opening a laundry. Anyone who wants to come here should think twice before being like me and asking us to pay for something that wasn't my fault, that's just a trap.

I'm a regular here, but this is my last time. The tap water was leaking and not hot, so I ended up changing rooms and the AC wasn't cooling.
