It's pretty good for just staying overnight. This apartment has gas, a water dispenser, air conditioning in all rooms, a TV, and cooking utensils. There are no towels or hotel-style amenities, so you'll have to bring your own. Okay. If you're staying longer and don't feel like cooking, you can grab a bite to eat at the mall, as the mall is part of the apartment.

The rooms are clean, and the staff is responsive. It's located above Pakuwon Mall, so you can go straight to the mall for hangouts or culinary experiences.

My first stay at the Pakuwon apartment, Orchard, was exactly what I expected. It was so much fun being able to go straight to the mall every day. I'm going to be a regular.

At first, I was worried about the hassle because the admin was so slow to respond to my chats. But when it was time to check in, the admin actually chatted first. Thank God, everything went smoothly, and I got my access card. The apartment was clean, with complete cooking and dining utensils. There were also three air conditioners in each room. Since it was the weekend, it was a bit pricey. It seems cheaper on weekdays. I got the 35th floor with an amazing view. By the way, thank you, Mr. Johan 🙏🏻

For the apartment, we must contact the owner two days in advance. We will meet in the lobby for the key handover. The building, rooms, and pool area are spacious and comfortable. This is our second time staying here. The staff is very helpful, his name is Mas Rosi, when we needed the gas installed, he was chatted to help and was also quick. If you want to get food, just go downstairs outside the apartment, Pakuwon Mall directly. I really enjoyed staying here. Very nice, 2BR type staying with kids. Clean, AC in every room, complete facilities with cutlery, all cooking utensils are available, new gallon jug, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, Netflix, YouTube are all fast, everything is great. Access to the children's pool, adult pool, and direct connection to the mall. Admin is fast response and very, very, very nice. Thank you, highly recommended 🫶

I recommend you to call the hotel contact number provided in advance before arrival, otherwise you will take a long time to contact them to get the key. There were no specific instructions on how to check in, but it was easy to check out. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. The refrigerator was dirty and smelly, so I cleaned it by myself. Depending on which room you use, it could be clean or dirty. You have to bring your own toiletries and towels. Good location, connect to Pakuwon Mall.

Good service, friendly staff, it's just a shame that the day before check-in the apartment staff informed us that the 2BR rooms were full, so we were separated from the children and placed in 2 studio rooms, the app only informed the apartment, even though I had made the reservation more than a week before check-in. Maybe communication with the apartment room owner could be improved, thanks.
