Cocok untuk menginap dan liburan di ancol.

Pintu toilet rusak ga ada pintu nya jadinya kalo mau ke toilet, ga ada air galon mau diisi galon nya tapi sore baru mau dateng, kelamaan jadi akhrinya beli sendiri. Kamar sih luas, dan pemandangan nya bagus laut. Trus pakai deposit nya 300 ribu. Kolam renang gede dan luas.

Location outside Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. Paid parking. Checking out was a bit complicated because security didn't want to accept unclear packages. (it's best to make a clear appointment in advance). Open bathroom. The dividing partition is not functioning properly. Apart from the shortcomings above, the view from this apartment is very beautiful, especially at night (view of the Bandar Jakarta restaurant area). But it was a bit noisy because the sound of the event on the Ancol stage could be heard clearly. The location is close to the east entrance.

Actually the room is pretty good, but it's complicated when I return the key, I have to come here and I'm told to wait until I want to wait an hour in front of the people who show up to get the room key. No fast response anymore.

The room is dirty, there is no bath mat, shampoo soap, no tissue, the bathroom door is broken, the wifi doesn't work, the Apt party just shut up, the TV sounds like a radio! The response from the apt is also slow!

This accommodation is suitable for young couples who are on their honeymoon. Because the shower and bed are separated by transparent glass and there is no curtain :-).

Things that need to be disclosed by the owner (with proper marketing language so as not to reduce the rental amount) are. - There is a 300 thousand rupiah deposit which will be returned a maximum of 7 days. - There is no toilet tissue, you have to provide it yourself. - Toilet mat also not available, it's a shame the expensive carpet that became the bed base, must have become a doormat after leaving the bathroom. - cutlery is not complete (no cutlery, only 1 mug). - the available cooking utensils are outdated, can still be used but the surface looks old. - there are 2 bath towels, but it looks old. - the swimming pool cannot be used. I talked about all of the above via WhatsApp to the staff before I wrote this review, unfortunately the officer couldn't do anything.

Oke sih, apartemen berkelas, harga pas, kemarin pengen extend sebulan, tapi keburu ditikung ma yang lain, jadi dengan berat hati pindah.

The condition of the room is dirty and dirty, never cleaned. uninhabitable. one of the worst rooms i have ever come across. Please improve the service in terms of cleanliness of the toilet and all rooms. very uncomfortable.

I stay a day here, there are pros & cons Pros: 1. The place is large enough to be occupied by 3 if 4 people need an extra bed, the space is large enough for the size of a studio apartment. 2. Cooking utensils are quite complete, only cutlery is provided for 2 people if you are more prepared to bring it yourself 3. The best of all is the view from the room, the view is directly to the Ancol sea. In my opinion it beats everything. Cons: 1. The first time I booked I was shocked, it turned out that after being contacted, I asked for a DP I didn't mind but better dimention in advance and the DP was quickly returned according to the promise. That's all in my opinion the cons. Overall I recommend this place for a staycation which really wants to be near the sea.

Actually, I was a little disappointed when I found out that the apartment was not in the Ancol area, but it was wrong I didn't check first, but right when the apartment turned out to be quite spacious, clean, cold AC, all the equipment I needed was there, I liked the sea view, the disadvantages were there outside the room, i have to pay 3,000 per hour, the total that I spend is 60 thousands, the big swimming pool can't be used, the kids pool has a few cigarette butts, the rest is really okay.
