Not really worth it for a 4-star hotel. We stayed in a superior room, and there were only two thin, soft pillows. There was no refrigerator, and the curtains weren't blackout-proof, so it was still very bright during the day even when they were closed. Breakfast was also very limited. Hopefully, this will be helpful.

My first time staying here with my family. The service was very satisfying. The staff were very friendly, especially when helping my wheelchair-bound mother get out of the car and walk her to my room. Cleanliness was also good. The best place to stay if there's an event at the Rawamangun athletics stadium/Velodrome (600-800m via pedestrian bridge). I wouldn't give it a perfect rating because I think the bathroom could be cleaner. For the comfort of the room at this price, it's pretty good.
