The staff was unfriendly. The price didn't match the app. When checking in, they asked for an additional 60. The room was awful, the mattress was broken, and it was still for sale. I asked for a room change, they said it was after sunset, but after sunset, the room was given to someone else. I asked to cancel, they said it would only cost me 20,000.

The price does not match the application and the bedroom is damaged, the toilet cannot be flushed.

When I arrived there, suddenly the employee asked for an additional 114K because he said the room price in the app did not match the room price booked directly. The employee was very rude.

The location is okay, near taplau but the bed is hard, it has to be replaced, the sink is leaking, the air conditioner is not cold enough.

Penginapannya bagus, jalan kaki dekat dengan pantai mesjid Al Hakim dan jembatan Siti Nurbaya.

bed is not comfy and bed cover was stink. with good location, this place should improve their hospitality
