Good service and clean throughout

This is an unusually nice hotel - modern, bright, spacious, fun, excellent staff, location, location, location.

All perfect except the pillows..we could not sleep properly..very bad pillow for an hotel.. For the rest all perfect:room, bathroom, staff and breakfast!

Very clean, spacious room. Convenient for railway station, trams and buses. Complimentary coffee a bonus!

Great stay, just what we needed

Pros: The Hotel is located in a very convenient position next to the main railway station, but rooms are quiet. Room design is very nice and unique. Cons: The bathroom was a bit smelly this time.

First room we were allocated the bathroom smelt awful and we had to request another room as we could not stand or use bathroom. Replacement room was much better and just as you would expect.

Good place to stay. From Australia where its normal to have a fridge in the room.

Stuff needs to be more professional, I asked for the iron and receptionist told to come downstairs to pick it up.
