Nice property short walk from centre. Hallway's were a little noisy at night due to being thin walls in a heritage building but not enough to give it a bad review. Little plunge pool on roof lovely.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Natali went the extra mile when I day tour canceled; we are 10 adults and a baby and she got us transportation with infant seat, lunch reservations and beach time! So very greatful 💗

From the moment we checked in until the time we left, everything was simply excellent. Nathalia and Tommy at reception go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome — their genuine smiles, enthusiasm, and attention to detail truly stand out. These two are a model of how hospitality should be done. The accommodations are comfortable, and the hotel’s location is ideal — within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping areas. Dinner at the hotel is highly recommended; the quality and value easily surpass nearby options. Rooms are quiet and spacious, ensuring a restful stay. The gym, though on the smaller side, is well-equipped for a solid workout. The only minor drawback is the pool, which is closer in size to a spa than a swimming pool. Overall, Hotel Nou Baleares offers a wonderful experience with outstanding service and excellent value. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely a place worth staying.

The staff was really welcoming and nice, always available for any request. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to find plenty of places to eat nearby.

Had a great stay at Hotel Nou Baleares. Everything was pristine, room was very quiet and dark. We stayed in a junior suite and it was a great size. Location of the hotel is very convenient to get to the city center, main bus terminal, etc. I would definitely come back!

Great spot for central Palma, with excellent service - staff were really helpful, just a short walk from the old town but not in the touristy bits and very easy walk from the airport bus. Hotel recommendations for restaurants were brilliant

This hotel gets it right. Smooth check in with a welcome glass of cava, stylish room with a comfortable bed and huge bathroom, fabulous staff. Delicious breakfast. Rooftop pool is icing on the cake! The location is convenient for exploring and has plenty of transport options.

Great place to stay

Breakfast needs huge improvement, and breakfast staff need to be more friendly. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful.

I stayed with friends and we really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were really comfortable and a good size, very clean and well appointed. Amazing air con! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooftop is a lovely spot with a small pool and bar in the evening. About a 20 min walk to the old town. Great coffee and brunch spot very close, called Federal. Really affordable too, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Everything well organized and the employees are great at the hotel and restaurant.

The stay was perfect in every way. We stayed two nights. We arrived late, the receptionist gave us a brilliant recommendation for a local restaurant for dinner and we loved it so much we went back a week later after staying in Pollenca! Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was ample and served in a lovely setting. Beautiful hotel all round.

Excellent hotel! The bed was very comfortable, the rooftop was great and the hotel restaurant has a nice continent breakfast. Lots to do nearby and close walk to the centre.

We loved the boutique feel of this hotel - stylish and thoughtfully designed with a lot of charm. While the immediate surrounding area isn’t the most scenic, it’s within walking distance to the city centre, which made getting around easy. We were a little disappointed with the room. From the photos, it looked like the larger rooms were featured, so we hadn’t realised just how compact ours would be. The open-plan layout, with the bathroom flowing into the bedroom, wasn’t quite to our taste either. On a positive note, the rooftop area with the plunge pool was a real highlight - perfect for cooling off and relaxing. It would have been even better with a drink service up there, as you currently need to go down to the bar on the ground floor to order and bring drinks up yourself. Breakfast was lovely - we especially enjoyed sitting in the small courtyard with a coffee each morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for the price we paid, but we don’t think we’d be in a hurry to return.

The hotel was fantastic - within 10 minutes of the airport but located just outside the hustle of Palma City centre. It was close enough (15-30 minute walk) of all restaurants, bars and attractions. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.
