We liked the way the hotel was decorated - nice but not formal. Our room was spacious. The ac was on a timer of sorts and it kept getting hot. The pillows were not comfortable, but the bed was. The breakfast was very tasty. Our room was not sound proofed from the outside and it was terribly noisy all night during our stay.

Hotel was central to everything. We loved the staff. Highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is located in one of the prettiest areas in Lisbon!! Everything worth seeing is within walking distance, can’t beat the location for the price!!! some reviews mention it being loud at night, we stayed in a room with windows to the alley and the street and experienced very little if any noise at night. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and bigger than average, the breakfast could be better but it wasn’t bad, just not a lot of choices but we appreciated that it had fruit, yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, sweets, ham, cheese and coffee, sounds like a lot but other hotels usually have way more than this. No big deal though, the location is great and we’d stay here again any time!

Convenient area, nice place

Hotel was basic, but good overall. My AC didn’t work properly.

We had 2 rooms here. They were both clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect. We were one block from the busy noise- and yet our building was quiet. It was easy to walk everywhere and we felt very safe in this area. (For reference, it was a 14 minute walk from the fort (Castelo de Sao Jorge), 5 minute walk to the Arch and Commerce Square, and easy to get to hop on/ hop off bus)

The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast needs updating, it’s not fresh, not much hot food or variation. The evening depending on the room, was noisy with the bin men would be collecting.

Charolette at the front desk was lovely, kind and very helpful. The hotel was very convenient to the shopping area and sightseeing but not in a busy location. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, staff was so nice and helpful. Great location and east to find.

The hotel is in a very centric location. The metro station is practically next door. You can go up the street to visit Chiado. Breakfast selection was complete. You can do your own fresh orange juice. Breakfast time is until 12 pm.

Room faced another building which had broken windows and was filthy. Had to close the curtains. When I inquired about an upgrade to a room with a better view I was told they were full. However it didn’t feel like the hotel was full. Not that many people coming and going. Also could not control the AC and it got hot in the room but when I opened windows I got bugs. Hotel was in a great location if you don’t spend much time in the room.

No coffee in room. Coffee at breakfast buffet was like warm. AC stopped working at night. Sink drain clogged. Comfortable bed. Good location. Nice staff.

Great vacation in Lisbon at Stay Hotels Chiado. Staff were really friendly and helpful on numerous occasions. They allowed us to store our bags while touring, gave great local advice on sites and ways to travel around Lisbon, put the football on the big screen in the lounge so we could watch the Inter Milan vs Barcelona match (awesome match!!). Sincerely, thanks to all the brilliant staff at Stay Hotels Chiado. We will return! To other visitors - location is great, easy to get to the Metro line and loads of historic sites and restaurants within walking distance. The Hotel is clean, quiet and reasonably priced (considering central location).

Enjoyed 3 nights here. Large room, kettle, nice shower. Air conditioning. The location is brilliant. Very close to metro station, shops, restaurants.

The location is excellent. Regarding service, there was a problem with towels, they mainly took them and did not put new ones and you have to go down to the lobby to get them every time.

Small. No place to hang items. Need hooks etc.

Located close to the metro and everything else you may need. Walking distance to some sights. Lively neighborhood. I would stay here again if I am in Lisbon. Staff are extremely nice and accommodating.
