The hotel was in an excellent location, but was a little worn. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The carpet in the room definitely has seen its better days. Some of the staff were rude throughout our stay. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. All in all if you’re looking for an affordable hotel in an excellent location and want the basics, this may be your place.

Great location, very close to the metro and lots of great restaurants nearby. AC wasn't very strong and our power kept cutting off. Basic room but it did the job.

Malheureusement le personnels étaient peu souriants. De plus il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans la rue. Nous devions nous coucher tôt et vers 22:30 beaucoup de bruits et devions gens qui criaient dans la rue. J’ai demandé de changer de chambre mais on m’a refusé. C’était très froid comme communication. Je ne vais pas y retourner.

Very good value for money and enjoyed the central location. Room was large and very clean.

Air conditioner doesn’t work properly. Washroom needs updated. Floor is dirty. I booked 7 days. Because I checked out at late night that’s why I stayed 2 nights and cancelled the following 5 days. Even the manager offered me to change another room but I lost the confidence on them. They are marked 4 stars, actually I say it is only 3 stars. Overpriced.

Location: EXCELLENT! In the Old Town, just few minutes walk from Baixa-Chiado Metro Station as well as from various other tourist spots. Staff: EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Breakfast: Great! NOTE: We had to leave our luggage for an extra-day after we checked-out because we were making a day-trip to Seville. The hotel staff was very helpful in accommodating our request. Thank you, again.

Unfortunately the room wasn't totally clean, there was dirt on the carpet. And the desk has chips out of the surface so it looked old and poorly maintained. There were also no glasses, only paper cups. There was a lack of detail like a soap bar in the bathroom but no holder to put it in. It was a fine stay, but I definitely didn't consider it a 4 star establishment. Air con was good and bed was comfy.

Lovely hotel and staff and ideal for being central to everything.

Overall very nice. Staff was extremely helpful. Left Lisbon for a few days and they let me keep my suitcase there until I returned (since I had a reservation there when I got back). One person walked me to the nearest mailbox to drop off a postcard. Very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the AC was not good, I set it down to quite low but I honestly didn't feel much of a difference from the outside temperature and it made it somewhat difficult to sleep. Also it was a bit pricey, but I suppose it's fair given the quality and location. Overall very good.

Shower did not drain properly and the area outside was dirty and had a lot of people sleeping nearby. The pull out bed was also very uncomfortable. For the money not sure if I would recommend.
