When I arrived elements of my room wasn't clean so I asked for the cleaner to redo it. The toilet still wasn't 100% clean so I ended up having to do it myself. The staff kind of apologised. Disappointingly there was no offer of compensation for what I experienced - not even a free coffee, drink or breakfast. Nothing. Just a disappointing experience and it affected the start of my holiday.
