Es una gran opción para un hotel en el centro. Las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño y limpias, nuevas, baño nuevo limpio. Todo en orden, el lobby igual y tienen un restaurante muy bueno que se llama Panem. Lo único que no me gustó pero que tampoco me quita el sueño es que tienes que entrar por el estacionamiento y luego ya subes al lobby. Todo lo demás perfecto, si lo recomiendo y si regreso

The staff was very kind and courteous The room was very clean and nice city view , the hotel was close like walking distance to stores, restaurants, museums and Santa Lucia river walk. Over all everything was great.

Excellent stay clean and professional

Our stay was great. We would suggest an extra mirror in the rooms. I would also suggest ventilation installed in the bathrooms. The city view room we stayed in had no ventilation in there. The entrance to the hotel is very difficult to find and requires walking up steps near a busy parking lot entrance and if you avoid the steps you have to walk up a ramp to enter an elevator and then figure out which selection to get to the lobby area. More food selections within the restaurant/cafe (Panem) by the lobby. Overall it's at the heart of everything and lots of food selections if you don't choose to dine at Panem.

El cuarto esta limpio pero muy descuidado en cuestion de mantenimiento, nuestra chapa se atoraba, la luz de lectura de un lado de la cama no servia, el lavado no tenia el atrapa olores y de ratos salian olor a caño, las visagras de la regadera tenian demasiado oxido Y las toallas tenian agujeros El Hotel esta Bien por el precio, se ve "renovado" dentro de lo que cabe y la zona es buena para llegar caminando a varios puntos turisticos

Very rude Staff, no smoking area,, very noisy

Clean room, but there is not hands towel in the bathroom. Beds are confortable, but room service close so early.

Bad quality of service by staff. Room was dirty and I felt harassed by staff. Refuse to give me a parking ticket and harassing me over ppl how was helping me carrying my stuff up to the room …. Asking me everytime to pay if they staying! Terrible experience never stay there at all !!

Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant on site was excellent. The atmosphere in Centro was wonderful.

Muy céntrico a una cuadra de la Macroplaza muy limpio y bonitas habitaciones tienen unas ventanas grandes donde puedes apreciar la ciudad
