We stayed overnight 11/06 , use of spa and swimming pool were excellent ,, room spacious and clean ,, breakfast great ,, dinner choices limited but ok ,, pleasant stay ,,

Clean room

We were instantly made to feel welcome when checking in, everything was explained to us regarding the facilities the dining arrangements and the bars. Very friendly and polite staff too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Very clean and tidy! The bedroom, the spa and pool area, everything was super clean and nice.

The hotel and leisure facilities are excellent, which is spoilt by the food offerings which are only ever like warm whether in the restaurant, bar or breakfast. Having a single person serving breakfast and the hot area heat lamps being insufficient and replenishment being slow really detracts from what is otherwise a fabulous venue and location.

This is a hotel inside a golf resort. Lovely breakfast and view overlooking the course. Room was quiet, safe and up to date with good amenities. The only thing I didn't like was them charging extra for pool towels. Those should be offered at the pool for guests of the hotel to use instead of taking one from room or being charged at such a swanky place. Bed was excellent and our sleep was very good here. Thank you!

Good stay! The room was excellent and the shower was particularly nice. Staff were helpful - when we rang down to say the hairdryer was not working, a replacement was sent up immediately. Good selection of breakfast options and beautiful views. We did eat in the restaurant twice and were disappointed by the slow service and inattentiveness of staff. Food overall was good and nice variety, but it felt like they were understaffed (but just turned out the staff were chatting at the bar) However, this would not put me off staying again as overall very good!

Clean rooms

From check in to check out.I had a lovely stay. The hotel is really nice.I had an amazing sleep while there. The beds are very comfy. The breakfast on offer was really good, with cooked available. It was nice having a proper coffee maker at breakfast, so able to choose what you like.I would definitely stay again if in the area

Stay was great, didn’t use any of the facilities. Room was huge and clean with everything you need. Breakfast could have had more options but other than that a great stay

Super hotel and the golf course was amazing. Checking in staff were poor on arrival, not very friendly, far more friendly when we left in the morning. When we went for a swim as a family it wasn’t clear as to how to enter the barrier with your hotel card. A lady behind the counter was quite rude about it and literally laughed at us. Kind of ruined the experience for us. I’ve never written a review before and main reason for writing is due to the rude staff on arrival. Certainly not all the staff just one or two most are friendly. Anyway great place, very clean and good amenities. Nice breakfast in the morning and warm and friendly staff next morning. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable but fairly standard I guess. Rooms nice and lovely bathroom. Golf course is amazing having recently gone under a transformation. Like I say all in all very nice stay just ruined by evening staff at reception.

Every thing about this place is 5 🌟

The hotel is nice, however, they are advertised as a Spa Hotel and that is not the case. They have a pool, sauna and steam but they no longer have services such as massage treatments. The dinnner menu is nice but way over priced for what it is and the breakfast is definitely not worth it! The extra money they charge for a counter with a handful of bits is ridiculous. You are better of walking/driving into town and getting it. Coffee quality was awful. The phone in our room wasn't working so when they left overnight dishes in the room after they supposedly cleaned we were not able to call through to reception. The the issue was raised their solution was to call the hotel off Google to get through to them. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay again.

Excellent spot, beautiful place and lovely gym staff!

Super friendly and helpful staff, hotel is lovel ad rooms are exceptionally clean- would definitely stay again if I come back to the area!
