Clean friendly staf easy to walk into the center

The room was very nice and clean, and whatever we needed, like more towels and robes, we received with a smile. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the staff was very attentive to every need.

I love this hotel and we always really enjoy staying in it. The staff are wonderful - friendly, polite, helpful. Rado in particular was super nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities as well. The only drawback I’d say is the pool - it’s not very clean and the jets inside it don’t work. The rest of the spa is ok. I think this is an easy fix though so I’d recommend they fix these issues. Other than that, it’s always perfect.

Room was a nice size and in great condition. Think the property is fairly new. Good location convenient for everything. Our room was not cleaned on the day before we checked out. Pretty poor sevice. I mentioned that our room had not been cleaned a couple of times on our return to the room at about 5pm. Each time I was told someone would be up. Never happened. On checking out I mentioned that our was not cleaned made no impression at all.

Excellent option to get a perfect view of Sofia

So far so good. I requested to keep the same room for three nights ( one night which I booked by myself and two nights reserved by Gate 1 tour). But the hotel could not arrange for me, so I need to move the room after one night.

Great breakfast , service and room

I always love staying at the Hyatt Regency Sofia. It’s in the best location of the city, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the gym and other facilities are great and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I doubt I’ll even switch hotels when I visit Sofia (which I often do)! The rooftop bar is amazing too.

The property and all hotel amenities were great. The staff especially the reception area were not very friendly and had no concierge services. The breakfast staff were nice and so was the spa. The hair salon was over priced and service was not even close to what they charged.

This was a nice, fresh, new hotel in Sofia, close to the main sights and with all the amenities travellers need. We had a hiccup with laundry, but the hotel went out of their way to apologize and make amends. That goes a long way. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend this as the place to stay in Sofia.
