The hotel staff was friendly, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The shower area near the pool was uncomfortable, with soap only available near the sink. The towels near the pool seemed unused, so they smelled musty. The shower in the pool shower area needs attention, as the water spilled everywhere. The room was comfortable, clean, and smelled good.

1. There are cobwebs indicating this room is rarely used and cleaned. 2. The bedsheets have red marks, why was it left and not cleaned? 3. The curtains have red marks, maybe lipstick or something else. 4. The walls look cracked. Note: Room cleanliness is 0, not noticed, and I'm sure this family room is also rarely cleaned.

The room is nice, the location is strategic, close to the town square and the mall, the service is very helpful and friendly, the food is also delicious, the most memorable thing when we stayed here with our parents, as soon as we got out of the vehicle, the security was very helpful and immediately brought a wheelchair, it is highly recommended to stay here.

It is very unfortunate that the room price is quite pricey for bottled mineral water which is usually free but it is paid. There are no towels either. You have to ask for them first before they are given them. The rest is good, the staff is friendly and the food is also delicious 😊👍🏼
