Excellent nice and clean

Staff very pleasant and service oriented

Terrible! Dirty, didn’t even acknowledge any request. The view was horrible. Or at least the room they provided. Paid over $350 Canadian for a motel looking room. For the price they are asking for, it’s disgusting. Don’t do it. Go to Cayala instead. Not worth your money.

Clean and took care of us really well

The floors were obviously dirty. The floors looked like they had been mopped with very dirty water. There were obvious spots that were dirty old water stains on the floor. The shower drain was slow. The water backed up right away. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel is very beautiful. I left very early so we didn't have breakfast there.

For me this is the cleanes rooms around the city with really good prices but the need to clean the pool more often

El hotel es muy bonito. El dormitorio es muy amplio y comodo, con tremenda vista de los balcones. La camas muy comodas, y lo mejor el restaurante rotativo en el ultimo piso. Completamente recomendado este hotel.
