- Pros: Nice room, the owner is very enthusiastic. Close to all entertainment and dining places in Vung Tau, reasonable price.
- Cons: Poor soundproofing (outside sounds can be heard from inside the room), lack of hot water (even though the hot water tap was turned on, the water only got a little hotter)

Very clean room, nice decor. When I booked the room, I didn't mean the "shared bathroom" part of the shared bathroom. so when I checked in I was very uncomfortable, if I want to change the room with my own NVS, I have to make up 150k more, because I have paid in advance, I accept the booked room, quite inconvenient and affecting my trip experience. The owner is quite friendly, but due to being an adult, I'm a bit shy in asking for service :(

The room is exactly like the picture, the room is clean and beautiful. but toilet hot water is a bit difficult to adjust. Even though the hotel TV is smart TV, it's also a bit dull, laggy, and blurry when used to watch youtube. Very difficult to use for someone who is not familiar with smart TV. Should be improved instead with a slightly newer TV, so that the quality of the customer's holiday experience at his hotel is more perfect.

My room is for 2 people, but there is no private bathroom. The outside toilet is very inconvenient for traveling because it has to go downstairs and have to be shared. The receptionist was quite annoying and did not respect our privacy. (I was seriously ill so I couldn't walk, but I was forbidden to eat in the room and had to go to the rooftop), although we ate very cleanly and didn't leave any smell. If you want to eat late at night for 1-2 people or have a separate toilet for 2 people, you should choose another option instead of here. Because I was sick, I didn't have my own bathroom, so I couldn't run down in time, so I got the blanket dirty, I was quite annoyed when I cleaned the room, even though I paid the extra fee for dirtying the blanket (I don't accept it because it's my fault. me). Quite a bad experience staying here.
