The pillows were really ugly, thin and the covers had lots of pen marks on them. There was no telephone in the room, which was strange.

I've stayed here many times because it's close to Ecopark and my relatives. This is my fifth stay. It's still the same, maintaining the same quality.

When I checked in the hotel that night, the male receptionist was not welcoming. He insisted on me paying a deposit with cash, even though I had no cash and couldn't pay with QRIS or a debit card. Finally, he asked to keep my ID. It would have been okay if he had asked politely.

FO is okay, cleanliness is okay. This hotel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast a la carte is delivered to the room at a room rate of almost 700 thousand rupiah/night. There is no staff to assist with arrival, no wheelchair/trolley access.

Minor repairs on the side of the wallpaper that was torn at the bottom, otherwise it's a nice stay here, especially the spacious room, cold AC, the most comfortable mattress.
