My Points

When I arrived, I was told to use a room without AC. Even though I had booked one with AC. I had to wait until the room I booked was ready before I could enter. Even though I arrived at 8 pm. The room on the 3rd floor had no elevator.

Begitu nyampe disuruh pake kamar yang tidak ada AC. Padahal pesan yang ber-AC. Sampe harus menunggu dulu kamar yang dipesan ready baru bisa masuk. Padahal saya tiba jam 8 malam. Kamar di lantai 3 tidak ada lift.
