I stayed here as a stopover in Merak before continuing my journey to Lembang, Bandung, as it was already late. Check-in was late, but the staff were still friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and had fast Wi-Fi.

The hotel staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, the food is delicious, the bathroom and room are clean and fragrant, it's just that there is no mini market or nearby eating place around the hotel, you need to go out a bit further by vehicle.

The mini market outside the hotel is a bit far, but we have Forbis Longe & Mart which provides food & light drinks to meet the needs of our guests. For the nearest dining places, we have 2 restaurants (Forjoy Western Restaurant & Miga Korean Restaurant) which have a varied menu that you can try next time. The hotel staff is very friendly. The food menu has many choices and tastes good. The room is clean. It's just that the swimming pool is a bit dirty. Especially the shallow pool (for children) is dirty and the plants around it are not neatly arranged so it looks scary.

Di luar ekspektasi saya dengan sekelas hotel bintang 4 pelayanan receptionist mengecewakan sekali, menu sarapan paginya pun standar untuk hotel kelaa bintang 4, kayanya ga akan lagi pake hotel ini untuk ke depan nya.
