Located next to tourist area, close to everything you need at shinsabashi. Walkable distance to metro train stations. The kitchen facilities are very basic, you will have buy extra towels to dry washed dishes and cutlery l.

More comments on Trip@dvisor - "Central Osaka Convenience and Comfort" - December 2024. Very clean, king beds were truly king-sized, excellent location for shopping and sightseeing.

Excellent location with a Familymart, restaurants and retailers nearby. The Shinsaibashi shopping street is just downstairs. Convenient to have a washing machine in the room. However to dry your clothes you must use the shower room which can be heated.

Easy check-in. King beds are two doubles pressed together, making huge beds. Large rooms, nice room amenities.

The noise from the street was very loud at night. The room was very spacious and modern. It was nice to have laundry and an outdoor deck to dry clothes.

Great place to stay in the Shinsaibashi area. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby, plus close to transport, Osaka Castle and the Canal. Very clean and quite spacious.

Very good location- close to many dining and shopping options. I did not like that the front desk only opened from 9am to 10pm. They were also not very helpful when I needed to book a taxi. Additionally, only a single elevator that only fit 2 people at a time.

One of the nicest places Ive stayed in Japan. For Japanese standards the room is massive, beds are big and comfortable and the pillows are nice as well. Normally I wouldn't comment on pillows but some places in Japan have terrible pillows that made for a lousy night of sleep. The location is good as well with lots of food options around and good proximity to public transport. Its an easy trip back to Osaka station or Shin-Osaka station.

Room was very clean and quiet. Busy Shinsaibashi shopping/dining district literally 20 steps from front door. Very convenient location. Closest subway stations were about 1/4 mile walk from the hotel. However, route could be taken right through the covered Shinsaibashi shopping area so it was comfortable and didn't feel like a trek at all. Would recommend staying at this location to anyone.

Very centrally located. Note the map location shown on Expedia is incorrect (shown next to the Osaka riverside) but the actual address given is correct in downtown Shinsaibashi.

Yamato had damaged my luggage and front desk lady had helped me to handle the communication with Yamato on behalf of myself. When I received a note from front desk to see them before 10pm to provide my email address for communication. I went as per request and there was this gentleman at the front desk at night. When I explained myself the reason I am here, unfortunately he did not listen at all and asked for my passport for check in. We were not able to communicate happily due to the language conflict. I had provided my email address and asked to use googled translate to communicate as I want to know what's the next step. He had refused to speak to me since then and just simply said Thank you and ignored any eye contacts and communicate. I appreciated the morning shift front desk ladies but definitely felt discriminated by the night shift gentleman. Im asking management to provide training to this specific night shift staff member to act more professional when not all tourists speaks Japanese.

The hotel / apartment is along the sheltered Shinsaibashi shopping street. Plenty of dining options along with convenience shops like family mart, 7-eleven etc. Walk to the right when you join the shopping street to get to the train station and Parco while the left brings you towards Dotonbori area. There is also a McDonald about 2 min walk. Staff are helpful, friendly and professional. Room comes with microwave, air purifier/humidifier, fridge and washing machine. Bathroom has a air circulation unit on the ceiling along with plenty of hangers to dry the clothes that you wash over the night. At night when the area is quiet you can hear a very soft rumbling periodically which should be trains passing underground nearby. But it should not bother anyone but the lightest of the lightest of sleepers. For the location, utilities and size of the room it is very highly recommended and I would recommend it.
