All requests were approved (early check in at 01.30 am, request for a smart TV too) During my 3 days 2 nights stay, the room was comfortable, the AC was very cold, all the cutlery was complete, the staff was friendly & communicative, there were only a few small cockroaches in the kitchen, oh yeah, can't the water heater be fixed? But overall it's okay, I will stay here again, because it's very comfortable.

The check-in process was fast, without any problems whatsoever.

Professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Competitive price. Do not hesitate. Next time I will definitely repeat ordering here.

Clean comfortable rooms, cold air conditioning, there is a swimming pool and playground. The Summarecon Mall Bekasi is very close. Recommended for staycation 👍.
