The hotel is centrally located, requiring a taxi ride of about 3km to reach the beach. However, it boasts a relaxing rooftop pool, a varied breakfast, and a spacious and comfortable lobby.

I was truly disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor throughout my stay. In particular, the toilet area was without water for two consecutive nights, severely impacting guests' daily lives. Although I reported this to the reception desk beforehand, the problem was not resolved. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were quite run-down. The towels were old, discolored, and no longer clean. Given its advertised 4-5 star rating, the current quality of service and facilities is completely inconsistent with the price paid. I hope the hotel will review its maintenance and upgrades to its facilities and improve service quality to provide a better experience for guests in the future. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this stay.

The hotel was very clean, the security guard was super friendly, the Front Office and Food & Beverage staff were very sociable and helpful with anything we needed, the food was delicious and suited my family's taste, and the hotel was close to many attractions in the city center 🥰

The room was okay, not spacious but just right, with slightly poor soundproofing. The staff were very helpful; initially, the TV in our room couldn't play YouTube, so the technician helped us get a different TV so my two kids could watch YouTube. The breakfast buffet didn't have many options; the food was almost the same for four days, probably because they ran out of ingredients during Tet (Vietnamese New Year) 😆. One plus point is that the hotel is near the fireworks display, and our room had a view of it, so we could watch the New Year's Eve fireworks display perfectly, which was beautiful.

Good location, friendly staff Nice room with tasteful decoration, quite good balcony. However, the soundproofing is still limited, the bathroom equipment is a bit old for me, the water heater or faucet does not work as expected. But the room is spacious so I am somewhat satisfied, it is worth experiencing for the price.

Even though have staircase in the entrance, there was security that help you bring up your luggage 👍🏻 Check-in easy. Near airport. View also ok. But the terrace of my room is not in front but on the right side and no chair, so you got another small window. I dont like the oily smell in the resto. And since the food is so so, i only try one time and prefer to skip it.
