For short trips, the lodging is quite comfortable.

Wifi is not very smooth. In the lobby and parking lot, there is no internet access, especially for cellphone networks.

Dirty and looks rarely cleaned, especially the blankets. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, thank you.

Confused because there is no name of the inn provider. So so you don't get lost, just ask, there is no signal, fortunately you have WiFi connected to the receptionist. You should add curtains so it doesn't get hot, overall good.

The unavailability of towels for bathing and the direction of the air conditioner is wrong, not right towards the bed which makes sleeping uncomfortable (hot). Please improve again.

Great and welcome for the staff

The staff were actually good. But when we arrived we need to wait at least 20 minutes for the key, even though we arrived at 6.30 PM already, which was we were Late Check-In. The water from Air Conditioner was flooded on the floor near window and also at the balcony. We stayed at Floor 19 no. 6.

Good comfortable but just yesterday it was not clean there were ants.

Cheap, Good and clean only for parking, no discount or free, so expensive for parking fees

The place is really okay. Near the Mall. Eating is easy. OK facilities. Only the check-in process is rather complicated. Because the application does not contain the tower name and the Agent name.
