2 night stay. Mini get away with my teenager. Everyone was so kind from check in to check out. We have stayed here in the past and this is why we chose to stay again.

Best hotel in Durango for a one nights stay. Awesome breakfast buffett.

I've stayed at a few hotels nearby on ski trips in this area, and this one is by far my favorite bringing me back a few times. It's clean and modern and the room layouts are great. I really like the seating area with the couch for gearing up to go skiing in the mornings. The desk is great for computer work and bringing food back to the room if needed. The breakfast is pretty good and usually has the basics to get the day started with a nice breakfast area. Location is good since it's not far from a Walmart, fast food and gas so those conveniences are nearby. Probably a 30-40 min drive up to Purgatory ski area which isn't bad. It's also a good place to stay if you're wanting to hit more than one ski area since Wolf Creek is about an hour and a half away. I've split trips between the two and this location works great. Overall it's one of my favorites. Definitely recommend.

Great staffs. Easy check in.

The room was comfortable and clean. The sink drain was clogged (I alerted the desk clerk.) It was easy to get to and easy access to my morning appointment. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful

Spacious, clean rooms and the staff were friendly.

The receptionist was very nice and courteous. Let her see tue itinerary. She knew what to do. Just swiped for security deposit. Got room amd wifi information, parking permit. Was fully checked in, kids in swimming pool within 15 minutes upon arrival.

Nice property and excellent staff.

When I went to inquire on pool access the Young lady not only showed me the pool but offered us a room next to the pool. The young man who was there both days was so nice and helpful. Both front desk employees were pleasant helpful and friendly.

Great hotel

Great stay in Durango. Within 5 minutes to the Durango train station. Nice gym, clean room and breakfast was adequate.

This property advertises that it is pet friendly…if you consider pet friendly a place that doesn’t allow animals to be left in rooms even when kenneled. Do not expect to even run to breakfast. Also do not expect any privacy, they will enter your room without notice or permission and then call it a “miscommunication”. Their front desk staff and management has no concept of customer service. The place is decently clean other than mold in the bathrooms. One star because the women working the breakfast area were outstanding and so sweet!! Shout out to them, they should run the place. I absolutely do not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked an extra night!
