Good stay, the hotel is very modern, great breakfast, good coffee, good location, next to coop, next to bars and restaurants, bus stop outside, The concierge when checking in was very brief and rude like he didn’t want to talk to us, no eye contact, no information given other than what room we were in, overall good stay just one member of staff being unhelpful.

This hotel as no car parking ,so across the road £11 a night ,also there is no drawer space to put your clothes only a wardrobe

The location of the hotel and cleanliness was top notch. Even the breakfast and selection superb. But if you travelling by car & going to use the given harbour car park don't follow setnav nor the staff was useful in that case. It's just round the corner on the right next to premier inn. GPS takes you to a whole difficult route. Another aspect about the room that could have been useful if it had separate doors for the cupboard and toilet. It's difficult it you travelling with kids, someone has to be constantly behind them. Other than that it was a fabulous hotel with all local amenities just walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great location central to the town and next to the harbour - restaurants and bars next door - rooms well maintained- great breakfast- what’s not to like!

Fantastic location, great for business use. Massive credit goes to the poor lady who works tirelessly at breakfast on her own! Stressful indeed, but working tirelessly to stay on top. An absolute star, hotel however need to provide her support as she will burn out!!

Room and walkways to rooms were not cleaned often.

Lovely hotel however absolutely appalling communication I searched for 2 adults pet friendly when booked no mention it included a pet I message the hotel and said I would be bringing one small dog no reply or communication until check in to be told £50 charge for pet applies !! So I wasn’t too please when I had messaged and asked this question and no option was given via the booking website either

Excellent breakfast cjoices Lovely room with a safe and a fridge Comfy beds My only criticism is we stayed 3 nights . No one came and cleaned the room . Empty rubbish replenish toilet roll . Had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll, but was given straight away. Will deffo stay again

The hotel was very well located, with friendly staff and clean rooms and locations. The breakfast was well stocked and the rooms were very comfortable.

The room had a smell like cat urine but looked clean.The person who first dealt with us was matter of fact no smile not welcoming and refused to give my husband a receipt until we left he also didn’t tell us it would be emailed to us.All the other staff were lovely the air conditioning was great breakfast average. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice clean hotel, with great axcess via lift to the harbour. Great selection for breakfast and easy parking behind the hotel £11.45 per 24 hrs with ringo app. would stay again. Great

The property was superb .the bathroom had a walk in shower .There was a fridge in the room which was a real bonus . A elevator direct to the Main Street was excellent. Breakfast was very good

Great welcome - very friendly gentleman at reception allowed us to check in an hour is so early, which was very helpful as we had my elderly mother with us. Very clean rooms, great to have a mini fridge with the heatwave at the time, great shower. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety, well cooked food and nice atmosphere. Juice from a machine, but this was ok. Top tips: 1) Be aware the entrance for when you first arrive is not the one opposite the harbour (you can’t use that one until you have checked in and have a key card), The main entrance is at the rear on a small hill and although there are double yellow lines outside it is a quiet street and so, as we did, you could easily drop people and luggage off before going to park. There is a large car park just up the hill (then either a short slope to walk down over the car entrance side or a LOT of steps down from the other side). If not dropped off first, I suggest those with mobility issues avoid the steps side and with a little care for traffic, use the slope entrance side to walk down to the hotel after parking instead (it’s much closer to the hotel entrance from that side than the bottom of the steps). 2) The car parks in Torquay all use the RINGO app (although some take cash too).
