The staff was rude, the TV wouldn't turn on, instead of being fixed by the staff, the customer was told to wait. When they arrived at the room, there were no towels. When they asked for towels, they told them they had limited supplies. The refrigerator was clearly dead, the thermometer wouldn't turn, they told them to wait until it cooled down. It's funny that if someone breaks, they say it's broken instead of being told to wait. They even charged an extra 50,000 rupiah for checking in 30 minutes before check-in time. Very unsatisfactory in many aspects 😂
