Good solid hotel. Really attentive staff makes the stay even more comfortable. Good balanced breakfast. A pleasant surprise is free drinks and coffee down by the lobby. Good ac in the heat.

Stayed at the hotel, and noticed a BED BUG on the bed. Brought it up to the front desk and showed them, and was only offered cookies. Refused to give us another room and said we had to stay in the room still and will just have it cleaned daily. Only after pushing for a new room, they very begrudgingly gave us a room in the annex building across, which is nicer and newer. During the process, the hotel staff was not kind and did not show any hospitality. Would NOT recommend.

The overall stay was quite disappointing. Some of the staff were not friendly and came across as having a poor attitude, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was exactly the same every day with no variation, which became boring quickly, especially for a multi-day stay. The location may be convenient, but the service and dining experience definitely need improvement.

This was an excellent hotel to compared to the one I stayed at near Shinsaibashi a few days ago, this place felt like heaven. The front desk staff were easy to communicate with and explained everything clearly. The breakfast was great, and there’s a 24-hour common dining area where you can heat up food, use free utensils, and enjoy unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee. I especially loved the hot chocolate and Calpis! The hotel is located in a club district, so at night you’ll see lots of stylish, well-dressed guys and girls. I stayed on a Tuesday, so I’m not sure whether it gets noisy on weekends. The location is super convenient — there’s a 24-hour supermarket right next door, and it’s easy to get anywhere from here. Overall, highly recommended.

Decent rooms, still a little small for my liking. Can barely lay out two suitcases in the walk ways. Still not a fan of the isolated Japanese bathroom cubes. Little bit of black mold in the crevices if you pay attention. Rooms are pretty humid even with the ac on, can't air dry clothes effectively.
