Went once and never come back. Room for 2 adults. The bed is spring so my back hurts when lying down. The floor is so dirty that it sticks to my feet. I have never seen a hotel with such a dirty floor.

Avoid rooms with windows that open to the skylight area. Book a room with windows to open for ventilation and less darkness, but if you open the windows, people walking in the hallway or in the opposite room can see inside the room, which is quite uncomfortable. The lights in the room are quite dark.

A comfortable vacation in Dalat with Pontus Hotel. The hotel is right in the center, you can easily move to the market or other shops.

The room was cheap but in the basement. I was a bit surprised because the hotel did not specify. If it was a basement room, I would never have booked it. I went down to the basement to check in and it was like going into a place with the cleaner.

Everything is ok, except the soundproofing is not good and the toilet drain smells bad

car parking service is too bad, parking in dirty location, near trash bin causing ants to swarm all over the car, staff driving into location causing collision and scratching of customer's car, hotel reception hotline cannot be contacted

The hotel is located right in the center, about 5 minutes walk to the market. What I like is that the room is quite airy & clean, spacious, modern design.

The hotel is right next to Da Lat market but not noisy, looks very new and fully equipped, the receptionists are cute, in general, 10 points, will come back ☺️
