It was fine for an overnight stay. The neighborhood was sketchy, and I was afraid to walk outside alone. Luckily, you can order and get room service! The toilet in shower was down the hall.

In this high dry & hot weather, I was allotted a room without AC at the top 4th floor, where the ceiling fan was blowing hot air through out the night. Horrible sleep less night experience for ever.

Despite booking it for 3 person, we were charged for extra bed. Expedia should have mentioned about the charges

DISGUSTING Smell, bedsheet had hairs and stain, room has moulds. They asked me to upgrade to get better room but it was worse and charged just because I requested clean room. TERRIBLE.

We stayed for a night as transiting to Gangtok, it’s good and value for money for transit passengers. Food is decent and staff is helpful.

ROOMS FULL OF MOSQUITOES AND NO MOSQUITO NET PROVIDED. ROOMS ARE FILTHY SMELLING. TOILETS AND BATHROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED. CIGERETTE BUTTS , TISSUE PAPER BINS NOT IN PLACE IN TOILETS.

It was very good. The hotel saluja is really good one. All staff are of good behaviour.

It was very good The room which was assigned to us was quite spacious with all amenities. Just need to add Slippers for guest along with Tea/Coffee shushes

Great value for money. Clean room, clean bed and sheets. Clean bathroom. Nice hard bed, hard pillow and heavy duvet ensured I didn't even turn once while sleeping. Breakfast was great value for money. Room was really far from the lift. The corridor outside the room looked like a construction site since many rooms were being reconstructed.
