Love our short “staycation” here at Holiday Inn JB city centre! Good family outing. Easy access. Near to at least 2 malls, and just next to immigration! Our king suite room for 4 with sea view also came with breakfast for 4. Buffet breakfast highlight was the vege juicer, the tau Hway cum soy milk stall combo and also great service from the Teh Tarik stall - Arevind! Still think it’s need to be warmer or piping hot though!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very strategic and the rooms are very comfortable.

Their suite is really spacious and clean. The hotel is near CIQ and convenient to get to both JBCC Komtar and City Square Mall. Will return to stay again!

Welcoming staff and good service all around for most part. I couldn't sleep well the first night due noises from aircon/pipes as well as poor soundproofing with a family next door with a newborn. Requested for a change of room at breakfast the next day and was granted one thankfully. Only service miss is that I was told twice that the staff would meet me at the new unit but did not and had to go down to lobby again to get the new cards. Staff were also accomodating for late checkout at 1pm. Room was decent and clean. Bathroom shower was visibly dirty with mold/grime in the shower area. I like the Soak brand of amenities but I really did not like the parsley hand and body soap. Hope they change out to something else next time! Breakfast was also decent. I really liked their teh tarik and pancakes. As for room service, ordered nachos for coffee for supper. Both were meh. But the rest of the menu looks good so I would definitely try room service again if coming back to stay. Honestly a bit pricey overall compared to the nearby hotels. Had a good stay but not sure if I'll come back because of cheaper alternatives in the area.

Nice place. Near to shopping outlet and food centers. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and well maintained.

Great surrounding. Fantastic location within walking distance to shops. The bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff was so friendly he kept our room spotless.

The staff are super friendly and offered to help us with the luggage. Kept it for us while we went out to eat and shop. Oooh and they gave us some complimentary drinks 🍸 upon arrival

check in staff was very unfriendly. Minibar was faulty. place my yogurt, drinks and medication inside. feedback to staff but staff just say "thank you for your feedback". shower cream was not filled, run out the next day when I want to get a shower

Everything is good 👍🏻 Very Convenient and easily -accessible. Niceeeeee hotel but the only complaint is hygiene. When we entered the hotel room, we noticed there are some stains on the bathrooms wall and the kettle is filled with water from the previous occupants. Yucks 🤢🤮🤧

This is our 3rd visit at Holiday Inn JBCC. Choose this place cause of the strategic location. Bonus, their staff have been really friendly and easy to interact with. They are also very attentive towards our needs.

Great short stay for work! However, the room is not soundproof well. Can hear conversation from the other room quite clearly. That's not very comfortable as it's quite late at night.

The room was very comfortable and beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Only complaint was that we could not extend our check-out time past 1 p. M.
