Quaint hotel perfect location. Great pool all the staff were very helpful and friendly . We would highly recommend it and wish we stayed there for our whole trip

Great staff!

Spent 12 days here recently. Nice clean but simple rooms. You are issued a key card that you have to put in a slot to run the lights and the a/c unit. Wasn't really a issue as the room did cool off quickly in the afternoon heat. Daily room cleaning wasn't necessary. If you wanted cleaning, you leave your key card at the front desk and the service was provided. Pool area was clean and with some nice views of the city. Pool was on the cooler side, but refreshing in the hot afternoons. Will definitely stay here again!!

Excellent service and location, the staff were very friendly and helpful

I stayed 2 nights in early March 2024, those nights were ok, noisy at night with dogs barking a lot. Then stayed March 10 before flying home. No fridge in the room, the tv didn’t work, the safe didnt work, and the light over the bed that was part of a ceiling fan didn’t turn on, which was a pain as I wanted to read before bed. Asked for another room they said they didn’t have one.

Upon arrival we were not sure what to except with the Hotel or area we chose this year. However, after checking into our room and checking out the rest of the Hotel we were just as happy with the rooms and cleanliness as we have been on any of our visits to Zihuatanejo. The rooftop pool was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The only thing for some could be the noise in the area, but because I read previous reviews we came prepared with earplugs we wore at night and it solved the problem. We would definitely recommend this Hotel and can also say that we ate in many of the restaurants near it and the food was top notch and extremely affordable.

The rooms were clean, excellent coffee and breakfast options around the hotel and the pool with view was perfect! Great value!

We really enjoyed our stay here and most likely will be back. The only comments I would make is there is a shortage of electrical outlets in the room and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. That was rectified by them giving me a different Wi-Fi address, which seem to work fine, but on the morning of departure, it disappeared as well. So if you need Wi-Fi, it’s spotty at best the electrical situation they could use a few more plugs. Plus there was no ice which we found a bit frustrating, but those were my only concerns. We ended up working around all of them, and we love the property and will most likely be back.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are very friendly and super helpful with all our requests. The bed was comfortable and everything is very clean. There is an elevator which we definitely appreciated since we were on the 4th floor. The rooftop pool is beautiful and peaceful with a lovely breeze and a panaromic view of Zihuatenejo. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.

Best part is the pool area, beautiful pool with amazing views as it's on the roof of the hotel. Hotel common areas are clean, room was clean upon arrival. Location is good, close to downtown. There's a laundromat downstairs so there's a bit of noise from that but it's not too bad.
