Great location right on river. If AC is important, look elsewhere. Fan and open window helped, but... Good restaurants right out front.

Very friendly and helpful

I was hoping to look over the water. I was a bit disappointed by this but otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. We were able to walk around easily.

Wonderful location, clean, quiet, comfortable room with well-designed and attractive furnishings, balcony overlooking Rhine and beautiful floral gardens.

This location is perfect for walking distance to everything you wish to see here in Koblenz!

Stayed for 2 nights in mid April. The weather didn't cooperate, but that is not the hotel's fault. We were given a balcony room on the first floor. Unable to use the balcony due to the rain and chilly temps. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We loved the wine options available in the lobby. Didn't try the restaurant as there are many other dining options nearby. Breakfast was good. Riverfront location and proximity to the cable car and das Eck was great--no more than a 7-minute walk to get to these interesting sites. Koblenz is a small lovely town and this hotel makes a great home base, from which to explore it.

Staff were very helpful when we arrived. The room was very clean and comfortable. The day was warm so the room was warm to sleep as well. A little bit noisy from the train on the other side of the river. Good location for walking the town.

Amazing front desk services. Location, location, location. Easy access to the prime tourist and restaurant. Highly recommended.

It was located near everything. Very friendly people and wonderful location.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beds were very comfy,shower was very cramped and the elevator was super small and slow. The location was awesome! Right on the water, restraints all around and great access if you are catching a river boat!!

It overlooks the Rhine! The bed was not very comfortable but the pillows were comfortable!

Loved the view from our room. The front desk staff was lovely. From one side of the building access old town and the no-car district and the other side puts you in front of the river. Great location for anyone who wants to see it all.

Good location, if you luck you can park in hotel for free. The hotel does not provide any coffee and tea bags, if required an additional charge of 8 euros.

Hotel has a great location and view of the Rhine. Parking was not easy as the hotel only has about ten spots. The man at the front desk told us we could park across the lot in another business's lot for $10.00 cash a day which seemed kind of strange. He said he gives the cash to the other business. We did it and it worked out fine.

Great place, majestic view of the Rhein

My wife and I stayed here October 2024. The hotel is right on the Rhine River and very well located. Staff was pleasant and helpful. All as described in the description, no surprises... Parking is limited but we were lucky thay still had a spot for us:-)
