The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well! After being in Europe for a week in Prague and Vienna during a heat wave, this was a blessing ! Very nice staff.

Good and clean. Room equipment was not very good, poor hair dryer, no coffee in room, no iron in room.

Unbeatable Location: Situated in a wonderfully quiet spot, yet incredibly central and steps away from great restaurants, bars, and the beautiful river. It’s perfect for both exploring and scenic strolls. Excellent Rooms & Breakfast: Our room was large, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day. Outstanding Staff: The staff were the absolute best part of the hotel. They were incredibly helpful with local suggestions and genuinely cared about our stay, always checking in to ensure we were okay whenever we left for the day. Between the peaceful location, superb food, and wonderful service, we will absolutely be returning!

Property is in a good location, around 5 min walk to Rynek square. Hotel is very well maintained and clean. Good size room with storage space and a small fridge. Kate from the front desk was very nice. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Besser kann man in der Stadt kaum wohnen. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, die Zimmer sind geräumig und stilvoll, die Betten sehr bequem. Hochwertiges Design, große Badezimmer und kostenlose Heißgetränke & Wasser in der Lobby machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Bis bald - wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We had a fabulous stay at the Old Town. The location is very good and perfect for exploring the city. The room was immaculate, with a large bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Tea and coffee were provided in the room and you could also help yourself to the drinks machine at reception if you wanted to. Staff were friendly and helpful, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if visiting the city.
