As always, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the parking was convenient, and even though I do not have a pet, the pets present in the hotel were very well behaved.

The pool is small and dirty. It was also contaminated with too much chlorine, which caused kids to get sick. People are drinking alcohol in the pool area and partying in the hallways. Room was too small and dirty barely fit two queen beds. For the cost of the room was not worth it.

Location was perfect. Nice pool and waterslide.

Room was spacious and clean. The hallway and room carpets do need to be changed. They are worn and dated making them appear dirty Never had the opportunity to use the pool facilities. Overall enjoyed my stay

The pool was what we were more interested in, pool was warm and mostly clean, the kiddie pool had quite a bit of little dirt in it. When we checked in the staff member actually was pretty rude, he was not pleasant to deal with at all. And we booked a suite room for 4 of us, with the pull out couch as a bed and there was no sheets in the pull out couch. My husband had to ask for a set at the counter and the gentlemen at the desk was a bit rude. But the room was overall clean.

Restaurant service wasn’t amazing, and waited for pillow delivery a long time. Otherwise enjoyed the cleanliness, pool, the large lobby area, and how quiet the space was!

The room was in good condition and clean. Our room was right off the pool and there was over 20 kids enjoying the pool which made it quite noisy. It was odd not having an actual window but a view of the pool. The bed felt small. The pillows were huge.

Room dates, carpets dirty, walls marked up, smells bad even after switched rooms, no breakfast included even paying $200 in depth of winter , pool facilities outdated but kids had fun , no washroom near pools , no signage where to stop cards on checkout, hard to find small garbage can in lobby recycling one is bigger , eyes burnt bad from chlorine and to top it off our 9 year old daughter threw up severely after breakfast in hotel 😟😢

It’s an older hotel. A bit dated. But my Room was clean and the team was very welcoming and helpful. Great location and lots of parking. Pub is great👌

Room key didn't work on the poolside door, which didn't make us have the poolside benefits at all. The restaurant was slow and so was the tavern.

Friendly staff, clean room. Bed was a bit soft for my liking. Very dim lighting in the room
