Nice hotel, nice location, nice food - ticked the boxes

We were overcharged- told a bottle of champagne was 60 euros when we purchased it and then they charged us 110 euros when we settled the bill. We raised it to the staff and the management but they would not honour what we had been told. I would not recommend people stay there.

Breakfast was amazing. The best.

We were very happy with our stay. Great location from which to visit the old and new city. Super friendly staff!! The room was large with a wonderful balcony overlooking the old city. Nice garden with areas to sit and sip wine. We would stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. However didn’t get a chance to experience all the facilities.

Our stay in hotel du Roí was excellent. We attribute our great stay to two of the staff members, the manager Yari and the restaurant manager Nicolas, both of these staff members made our stay wonderful. The hotel is exceptionally well located to visit the castle and the town. We also found the chefs food delicious and opted to eat at the hotel most nights.

This hotel is in a great location adjacent to the old bridge with spectacular views of the Cité Our room was well equipped and comfortable. Pool was well designed Overall a great stay

Good location and nearby underground parking for our car. However, hair in the shower (not ours) and no ventilation at all in the en-suite toilet was not up to 5*standard.

A fantastic view of the city walls. Excellent service and a good breakfast. Hard to fault.

Very nice location with pleasant staff

Sadly the images of the terrace are misleading for most rooms. The image is of a terrace is for the top floor panoramic rooms only, whereas most rooms don’t get much of the sun and are covered by greenery. They use the same terrace image for all rooms on the booking, which implies lots of sinshine (no roof).

Very professional staff

Very pleasant Hotel in a prime location on the river next to the old bridge with ready walking access to the old city. 2 nights in a comfortable room with bath and shower. Breakfast was ample with a good range of cold and hot buffet items. Service was excellent with reception staff supportive and helpful. On the critical side, the spacious balcony with good views of river, bridge and old town leaked from above, with tired floring. The spa is separate from the small hotel swimming pool at extra cost with the hot tub and sauna within the spa. No room service for food whilst the restaurant was open and fully booked. Overall, a good stay 8/10

I had booked a parking space, but they told me they didn't have any, and that I should fix it on the street. It was a holiday and there was limited availability. After my insistence, they solved the problem.
