Stayed at the station 1 hotel while I was in Nagasaki and it was great. To have a whole apartment to myself was great. It was very comfortable and well maintained. Included was a washing machine to utilise and all instructions are provided in english. Reception staff are very kind and helpful providing detailed instructions and assistance when needed. Even through the reception is not at the hotel entrance it is not too far away. Location is fantastic for touring around Nagasaki city with the JR station and tram stop right next door. Thank you Coruscant Hotel Nagasaki

We stayed at Coruscant I which is nearest from Nagasaki Station. We had to cross the foot bridge but good thing there are elevators going up and down. Check in counter is located in Coruscant III which is located in another (nearby) location. But it is a bit of a challenge to lug your heavy baggage in uneven streets to get there. Check in time is also quite late at 4pm. They kindly allow us to go in 10mins earlier. Room: 2 single beds but one of the covers had an unsightly stain. Good size for 2 people with a large table, bench & 2 chairs. Sink, kitchen utensils, washing machine and the toilet is separate from the shower. Breakfast not included but a konbini is nearby. The pot to heat water is too small. Location: Good. Across Nagasaki station and Amu Plaza mall where there's also a supermarket. Near the tram and bus stops as well. Check out: Just drop the key cards in the dropbox. Overall, good value for money.

We got a great deal online, and so we could afford it on our low budget. Directly across from Nagasaki Station, and family mart next door. Felt like an apartment. It has a full kitchen and even in-room laundry facilities free to use! A futon bed option in the closet too. The only frustration is the confusing layout. The check-in office is a block or two away from the actual hotel building. They also have two "stations" (buildings) with rooms. Look at your key card to see if you are in strain 1 or 2, because you will go to different buildings. We got confused, but the helpful staff guided us to the right place. I recommend this place. They also hold luggage on check-in and check-out days for free.

1. Superb location, directly opposite JR station and very close to bus terminal too, making my travelling very easy. 2. Room is spacious and comes with a kitchen, separate toilet and bath, washing machine with package laundry detergent (you may grab more from self service counter at check in counter too). 3. However the kettle is on the old end with a bit a rust in it, could be better if they have a better quality one. In addition, the towel hanger is falling apart. 4. No tea bags or coffee available so do bring some if you need it for your morning boost. 5. Very great and friendly receptionist.

Not a great experience at the hotel. The check-in time is too late at 4:00 PM, when the checkout time is 10:00 AM and even after such a long duration between check-in and checkout, we were given a room which was extremely messy, untidy and had not been cleaned after the last guest’s checkout. Attaching a video for reference. Post complaining, we were given a new room, but that too was just decent and below expectations. Regarding the location, it is very convenient post check-in (as it is in front of the station and has multiple public transportation options nearby), however the check-in process is cumbersome. The hotel check in counter is located in another property which is 150 - 200 m away from the hotel and took us some time to figure it out and had to keep dragging our luggage everywhere. Overall not a great experience.
