Everything was good. Parking is an additional charge, but worth it. Staff were very friendly. Pool was super warm.

Very little follow up done by hotel to confirm stay, receipts, etc. I had to call to confirm my stay a few days before.

Great stay

Pretty and has decent noise control from the hallway. No lotion in the bottle, was over the gym and could hear people working out starting around 6:30am, and the mattress is traditional spring which nowadays feels cheap when the world has moved on to memory foam.

We were only up for a quick trip and stayed one night. The room was very clean and well kept. One of the electrical sockets had an annoying beeping/chirping that maintenance couldn't come fix because there was no one on site for the weekend, but the front desk did everything they could to help and we appreciated their attentiveness. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was close enough to downtown so that we could walk to the breweries and restaurants, even though it was chilly outside. It was easy to find, the underground parking was limited, but we were able to find spots easily and there was a fee, understandably for the downtown location. We didn't have time to use the pool/hot tub and we didn't pay for the breakfast. Overall would stay here again the next time we visit Moncton.
