this hotel offers great public transportation options, and it’s very near the market. the rooms were large and more than enough for a 2 people room. But the service and the cleanliness really could be so much better. from the very beginning, the staff weren’t friendly. our friend needed help for a lost luggage delivery info, and the staff just handed us a rule of not having staff after 12am, even though we asked for help before 12am. one of the rooms’ toilet got clogged even before we used it. and one of the bed had weird bedding where it feels unstable and lumpy. so really, a lot of things could be better.

The overall stay was very enjoyable. The location is good with plenty of good food around. We had some issues with our KakaoTaxi app and the staff helped us to get a taxi. We were thankful and appreciative for her help.
