Very kind and helpful staff.

It was very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful--both Manu the bell hop and Tsideh the reception clerk were most helpful. The reception staff person helped me out, above the call of duty, to locate my cyber airline confirmation and print it out. Since my time in Dubai was so limited--less than 40 hours, I wasn't able to use the amenities like the pool. I would try to make time for that next time. The breakfast buffet was very good, and reasonably priced.

Very good , staff was very supportive

Room 806 was good size but very cold could not get the heating/cooling right. The hotel looked at it for us quickly. Breakfast And Dinner in the dinner rom were excellent and many choices. The lobby cafe was also good with good coffee. Walkable area. would stay again

It's a very simple hotel, clean rooms and facility, friendly service, located very close to Airport and near some resturants and supermarket and Pharmacey - very close to the gold Shuk as well. Free self parking. Stayed there because we arivved very late and did not want to drive much at night - otherwise nothing special in the area that grants a stay.

I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I usually don’t leave reviews but it would be unfair not to review this stay and give a 5 star rating to this hotel. The location of the hotel isn’t great because it’s not close to a metro or the creek but they more than make up for this with neat comfortable rooms, modern facilities and excellent customer service. I enjoyed the quiet nights and I slept very well. Allan was great. Always ready to help. And then the young Sri Lankan lady at the restaurant too was amazing. I don’t remember her name. You can see that this is a well run hotel and they go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

I had to change three rooms to get to a proper clean room stains burns windows, sealed not properly sitting in the lobby cockroach passing by letting a security know he just take a picture I have check in for six nights for guest. I was harassed by the security when I was sleeping to who I have in the room???not satisfied for four star hotel,I got a smoking room, but everywhere was burn include the bathtub. They had hot water issue. no compensation. they actually act like it was my problem that their hotel was having problem. I don’t recommend for the price.

The Edge Creekside Hotel provided a comfortable, clean, and affordable stay near the Dubai International Airport, only a short distance from Deira and the Historical Neighbourhood/District.

Quiet and clean

Staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived at 8am and were allowed to use the wifi and facilities until our room was ready which was nice. Room was a good size, very clean and modern. We ordered room service on a few occasions, good portion sizes and value for money although the first night the food was cold but fine on other occasions. Plenty of supermarkets for supplies. And the metro is an easy walk for exploring more of Dubai. The only negatives are that the pool is in some urgent need of maintenance… boards surrounding the pool are not fixed and move when you step on them which could cause injury or for someone to fall over and hurt themselves. Also the ladders to get into the pool are not falling off and not fully attached so we were just getting into/out of the pool without using them. As on the first day my friend used them and ended up falling in. Also the toilets/changing rooms near the pool area could use a good clean. If these issues were fixed then we would recommend this hotel.

At check-in the female staff denied that she was responsible to assigning the room upgrade. When I challenged her she said that it was already assigned. I got to the room and it was not an upgrade. I had to call down to the desk about her lying about the upgrade. Otherwise, I had another good stay. I've stayed several times at this property.

It is amazing

The location seemed pretty safe and comfortable. The beds in the room are pretty comfortable and we slept well each night. The standing shower drainage seemed to be clogging. The front desk responded immediately and sent someone to take a look but I don't think the problem went away. I'm guessing that's the way it's designed. The breakfast was the best part of our stay. They make omelettes according to your preference and have good options. I didn't have much bread but my mom did mention the bread seemed a little dry. The front desk staff were great. I only had an issue on the last day while checking out on March 21st, 6.30am which I'll post in another review. Overall, it's a good hotel and I do recommend it!
