When we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the night stand. The staff moved us to a new room. Very nice and took care of are needs

Took the kids for the pool was a little disappointed there wasn't a hot tub

I loved the biscuits for breakfast. Our room was on main floor close to the back entrance which was very convenient. We attended an event at the KC Center which was right next door. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again

Most hotels that provide breakfast are open until 10:00 and I went down at 9:10 and it was closed down. The hotel is great just a bit more info needed when checking in.

My family and I enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast with a good variety, fresh hot coffee was a plus as well! Room was lovely and beds comfy! 10/10 would recommend:)

The hotel was very clean. Bed was super comfy and the best part we didn’t hear any noise during our stay!

The room amenities were very good. There was a lot of banging sound from next door or from the elevator as we were right by it.

After multiple delays and need to reroute our flights, the staff at this hotel were very helpful. We called and explained our situation. They allowed us to check in over the phone so we do not loose our reservation. Once we arrived, they had our keys waiting for us. Have another trip planned and will be booking here again for that trip.
