The unit is good but the process is a bit confusing. When checking in, we were contacted to replace the unit because the selected unit was not available but the option was our preferred unit so it was confusing. In the end, we still chose the unit we booked (which was said to be unavailable). The wifi didn't work & the sheets had dirty stains. When handling complaints, different people came at different times so we had to go up and down several times.
