Family friendly hotel. The kids love the swimming pool. Staff is very friendly :)

The food, although the variations are limited, tastes delicious, the atmosphere is comfortable. The downside is that the lights went out for a while and the water flow was small but after that it was smooth. The location is close to Solo Balapan Station, close to everywhere.

short holiday in solo, happened to stay here superior type even though it was a bit cramped and the air conditioner had problems but everything was helped by the friendly and agile staff. Overall everything is good, will come back here soon. Thanks JW Naungan Co Living & Villas Solo🙌🏻

The location is great, in the middle of the city yet it's quiet. Their staff is awesome; quick respond to our needs and friendly. The room is clean and comfy. Bathroom is too small but the hot water runs very well. The 1st day breakfast was Indonesia cuisine, it's good but could be better in seasoning wise. The 2nd day breakfast was western cuisine, and it's so tasty! One of the best breakfast i had in hotel. Overall it was great pleasure staying in JW Naungan. Thank you for the hospitality.

Staying at JW Naungan is close to the city center, walking distance to some delicious culinary. The room is spacious, complete with ameties, tea coffee, various TV channels (suggestion might need to be checked periodically AC because yesterday when staying 2 nights AC took a long time to cool). The bathroom is unique with a long shower (pay more attention to the towels, on the second day the towels were torn but still usable). Breakfast is delicious, there is omelette and salad. The menu is also varied, next stay maybe toast can be provided hehehehe. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Around the hotel there are many aesthetic spots for those who like to take pictures, there are also bicycles that can be rented. Oh for access to the elevator maybe you can use a card so not just anyone (other than guests) can access the elevator. So far it's been a fun stay at JW Naungan, next time I want to try the Villa. The purpose of this review is for the next guests and the hotel. In my opinion, the location of this hotel is very good, easy access, there are many good food and coffee shops around. The shape of the hotel is beautiful. The room size is normal but quite okay, the TV is also okay (not big) but enough. The most lacking thing about this hotel is the bathroom area. The bathroom concept is not clear whether it is a wet/dry bathroom. There are still many untidy paints and the upper part of the bathroom is moldy. The towels given always smell bad. (Like not dry) I asked them to replace it, they did. but the smell is still the same. and this smell is also on the bed sheets ✌🏿 And I also used the hotel laundry service, which in my opinion is quite expensive (220 thousand for some t-shirts and socks) but the results were disappointing, the clothes were not dry and some did not smell good. this hotel CANNOT late check out :) and they will always remind you almost everyday :) and i find it kinda annoying :) please improve, i am sure that the hotel can do better i stayed here on 26-28 may 2025. ✌🏿✌🏿✌🏿✌🏿

Please help me. Please fix the shower soon. Because it's such a shame. The room is proper but the shower hose is not proper. So please be aware.

friendly staff and quite helpful in answering questions

Quite a pleasant experience staying at JW Naungan. I really like the design and ambience of the hotel, modern, homey, beautiful, looks simple but classy. The staff is also very nice, friendly, and helpful. FYI I stayed in a twin room, 3 things in my opinion are lacking and need to be considered, maybe they can be considered to be updated/improved: 1. The shower in the bathroom is not comfortable and not quite right, the water is a little less strong and large, the shower handle must be held when showering because if it is hung the position will be too high especially because the shower support/hanger cannot be adjusted so that the water will instead flow forward towards the wall instead of down, the shower head, shower rack, and soap dish also look dirty and have lots of water crust. 2. I think the bath towels also need to be replaced, they are actually clean and fragrant, it's just that they look a bit shabby, like towels at home that haven't been changed for a long time, some parts of the edges of the towels are a little torn or the stitching is loose, it can still be used and functions well indeed, but I think it's not enough for hotel towel standards. 3. There is only one plug and light switch on the side of the bed, one plug hole on one side of the outside of the bed. Because I booked a twin bed type room, I had a bit of difficulty when I needed a plug to charge my electronic device, coincidentally my colleague and I were working with several electronic devices that sometimes needed to be charged and were forced to keep them "used" to work while being charged. I found it difficult when we both needed a plug without disturbing each other or queuing, because the available plug was really only one and on one side outside one of the beds, unlike in other hotels in general where on each side of the bed there will be a plug and a night light switch, or at least if it really had to be on one side only the plug and switch would be in the middle between the 2 twin beds.

I've been curious about JW Beruang for a long time, my first impression of staying here was very comfortable, until I finally extended my stay for 3 days. The receptionist staff, room staff, and coffee shop staff were all friendly and helpful. The room I chose was not too spacious, but it was comfortable. The sink, toilet, shower, AC, and TV all functioned well. Free sandals too. What is certain is that the surrounding environment is quiet, not many motorbikes going back and forth. The hotel environment is also clean, and the part I like the most is that they provide glass bottles and dispensers on each floor if you want mineral water, just refill it, of course that has reduced the number of plastic bottles that are thrown away. Staying at JW Beruang makes me miss it and want to come back again.

a contemporary hotel that is green and very family friendly. The atmosphere is very down to earth with modern industrial wood nuances, a pool that is separate from the restaurant so that privacy is more maintained, a very warm and hip restaurant is very good for family gathering events or with office friends or colleagues, and access to all points of view in this city is easy accessible.

Strategic location, friendly staff, close to Solo Balapan station, there is a coffee shop

stayed only for transit so chose the smallest type, but even though it was small, the room was still comfortable.

Cons: The room space is a bit tight, and the pillows is deflated looks like just smashing by hulk. I'm not pleasure with the variety of breakfast menu, hope you can add more especially for kids meal. Pros: I'm happy with the hotel location, is easy to access many place in Solo without worrying my time schedule. The pool is small one but it's fine to me and my son. Worth the price.

I stayed in December during Christmas and New Year, the staff were friendly, very helpful, the bathroom facilities for shower were not flexible, the bathroom was small. There was no hairdryer. The soap didn't smell good. But I liked the hotel atmosphere and the friendliness of all the staff from the security guard to the cleaner.

Check in at 15.00 but still waiting quite a long time around 15 minutes to get a room. The service staff is good and offers to carry luggage. The cleanliness of the room is okay but the water channel in the bathroom is a bit clogged so the water takes a long time to drain. The swimming pool is comfortable and the atmosphere is very homey. Unfortunately the breakfast menu is lacking, at 8.30 a lot of food has run out and has not been refilled, waiting for a refill is quite long. Overall 4/5, hopefully it will be improved again.
