This is our second stay at Swiss-Belinn Cawang. We like this hotel because of its strategic location near the LRT station. For room comfort, we think the bathroom floor is the most important consideration. The bathroom is similar to those found on cruise ships; with regular maintenance and the use of the right chemicals, it won't be slippery. The washbasin floor is very dangerous; some of the tiles are peeling and sharp. The bed isn't very large, but it's quite comfortable. If I may suggest, don't use the torn bed cover anymore. It's better to have it sewn up or replaced. It's embarrassing for a star-rated hotel, especially a Swiss-Bel hotel like this, to have a torn bed cover. Upon check-in, the minibar wasn't cold. We filed a complaint the next day and it was immediately replaced with a new one. Thank you. The room's added value is the ample storage space and power outlets. However, there are only two hangers provided.
The service and buffet breakfast and lunch were delicious, varied, and affordable. Breakfast 60,000 Rupiah, lunch 115,000 Rupiah. The most impressive thing was the service, hospitality, and greetings from all the staff, except for the HK room maid, a woman on duty on the 6th floor, who wore a black uniform with long hair. Perhaps her smile and greeting could be improved. She looked at our room upon check-out with an angry expression. We met again in the lobby, but still no greeting, no smile when passing hotel guests. Her face was very serious. The world of hospitality needs a touch of happiness and warm greetings, right?
Overall, we were very happy, no big deal, and will recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
