Nice place to visit, check in and out is easy

(+) Friendly staff, strategic location, fast check-in/out (-) Disappointed staying in a superior room for almost 400k. The bathroom was dirty, when I took a shower the water stagnated outside the room, no toothbrush was provided.

I'm actually a regular here, but there's one employee who I don't like because he's rude and uninformative.

The place is very nice, the hotel room is spacious, there is a sofa too so it is even more comfortable to stay here.

The check-in and check-out staff were very nice, the security guard was very nice, it was close to a 24-hour Indomaret, the hot water was good, the AC was cold, the standard room was quite comfortable. There were plenty of power outlets so it was safe not to fight over charging your phone.
