No parking, accommodation in a small alley hard to find

I got off the plane and checked in at 4:45. I walked around to find the hotel. I don't know how many times I called the hotline. I rented with 2 small children, tired and exhausted. My child sat on the ground because of waiting.. after nearly 1 hour the hotel called back and said this was an automatic service. But their automatic service is really funny instead of writing it right at the door for easy understanding. My child asked why did I rent on Traveloka. The first and last time I gave up and rented another hotel. I hope everyone thinks carefully before renting to have a more complete trip. Honestly, when I wrote this comment, I was very, very upset and when my child said that he saw a hotel with a strange, deep alley, I was suspicious.

Everything is fine. Fast and enthusiastic support. When I saw a problem with the air conditioner, I texted home and they sent someone to fix it right away. Except for not getting daily towels that I had to text and ask for + no trash collection.

Enthusiastic staff, quick check-in, 10 point service

This is an automatic homestay, you will be given a code and a way to check-in/check-out yourself. It's quite sad because the room is not soundproof, I had trouble sleeping, the bed and mattress are a bit dusty. The balcony space is next to a residential area, the road to the home is also very small and a bit difficult to find. Because it's cheap, there aren't many amenities like tissues or eating utensils or even mineral water. I booked for 3 days and 2 nights but I stayed 1 night and checked out because the room wasn't as ideal as I thought, but you can also refer to it because the price of the home is quite good, and it's close to the center.

First time check in automatically but there is enthusiastic support staff almost 24/7, room is cleaned before check in, full of cooking utensils, iron, dryer, not very soundproof but not much impact

Overall bad experience: dirty room, unwashed bed sheets, lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches crawling on the bed, I stayed for 9 nights but only cleaned the room for 1 day and it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The facilities here are also not worth the price: the card doesn't open the gate, the water heater uses solar energy but it rained all week in Saigon so I had to take cold showers, there wasn't even a single umbrella for guests. The facility is under repair so it's noisy, smells like paint and the ground floor is messy. The washing machine is said to be there but dirty, located on the terrace but both the terrace and the washing machine are dirty as if they've been abandoned for a long time. The concrete view is not worth mentioning but when you open it you can see the neighbors' house, the two sides are right next to each other. Negative view. Service: There is no receptionist, can't call the hotline, the only way is to send a message on FB, but the reply takes a long time. I will probably never return to any branch of this place. For the price you can choose another 3 star hotel with more amenities.

The room is nice, the location is in a remote alley. The only problem is communication with the staff about the gate whose code is always changed without any notification. I have difficulty if I want to go home to my own room.

Customer service is very bad, did not send the room number or code to the room for an hour even though previously told the guest to check in online, gave the phone number and kept calling but did not answer, until the cleaning lady saw that she had been sitting for an hour before calling customer service. Just received the code to get into the room, no phone call back, no apology until now, too bad, stay away from these guys

In the past, I always chose the Cozrum system every time I went to the city to work, because the room was clean and comfortable. This time I had a not so good experience. I waited until 14:00 to check in, but the previous guest's room had not yet been cleaned. I had to sit in the lobby and wait another 30 minutes before I could check in, because I had traveled a long distance by motorbike. So having to wait like that is really tiring. And this time it's more inconvenient than the previous times as I have to find a parking space myself. I hope that if Cozrum doesn't let customers park their cars in the system like before, they will link up with somewhere that has parking instead of letting customers park their cars. Go find it yourself. Finding a parking space is very difficult. I asked around and they didn't accept overnight parking. I had to beg them to park the car, which was very uncomfortable and reluctant to accept. And the price for overnight parking is not cheap at all.
