Overall, the service was very good, except for the staff member who provided advice on the car rental. They spoke inappropriately in Vietnamese, assuming I wouldn't understand, but I actually recognized some of the words. It was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope management will look into this and take necessary action to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Beautiful location, clean beach, lots of food, but okay, not delicious, children's swimming area, adults only have ropes, so it's a bit dangerous, room is a bit small, suitable for couples, because the bathroom is connected to the bedroom, a bit inconvenient for families

Chưa hài lòng vì dịch vụ chưa tương xứng 5 sao. Ngày đến đã check in chưa có phòng, đã báo xếp phòng gần nhau và đi chơi chiều về nhận phòng sau nhưng chiều về tới nhận phòng lại phải nói thêm lần nữa và đợi thực hiện, đợi xử lý thẻ phòng. Không hiểu từ sáng tới chiều các bạn làm thủ tục gì mà chiều vẫn chưa xử lý xong phòng, thủ tục cho thẻ từ? Đăng ký xe đi Dương Đông 18h, nhưng chẳng báo đón đâu. Mình xuống lễ tân lúc 18h03 hỏi thì báo xe đi rồi. Ơ dịch vụ 5 sao thì ít nhất cũng phải gọi hỏi khách có đi hay không chứ chẳng báo gì đi luôn. Mà ok mình xuống trễ 3 phút thì lỗi không nói. Nhưng sau đó mình báo mình đón chuyến xe từ Dương Đông về lúc 21h nói mình đón ở nhà văn hóa. Ủa mình biết nhà văn hóa ở đâu mà đón? Lấy số điện thoại mình chi không bảo tài xế gọi mình, hay ít nhất cũng cho mình số điện thoại tài xế để liên hệ chứ mình không có thông tin luôn. Rồi cuối cùng cả đi về mình đều tự phải đón taxi về?

Service and room were very ok during my stay but I definitely forgot my things at the hotel but reported back to the hotel that they did not, really very disappointed, because normal rooms that have forgotten things still come back I can't find it but ksan 5 stars can't get it

The plus: The Pullman staff are great. Warmly friendly. Rooms are quite new. Minus points: buffet breakfast with few dishes. If you stay for 2 days or more, the next day you will feel cold even if you change a few dishes.

The hotel is very nice. Clean room. The staff is very attentive, if I have a chance I will come back to pullman. :))
