I was a little disappointed when I checked in and was asked to pay an additional fee, even though I had already paid in full on the app, with the excuse of high season. If you have to pay the normal price, why display the promotional price on the app?

The room was not very clean. Suddenly without any confirmation there were additional costs. It ended up being expensive.

The staff is friendly. But I was a bit disappointed. Because when I checked in, the price that had been transferred via Traveloka was different. So I was charged an additional fee. Everything else was okay. Hopefully, in the future, the promoted price will be more detailed. So it can be clear between Traveloka and the accommodation.

The musty sheets and pillows hadn't been changed, the bathroom floor was slippery, and the toilet was yellow. Luckily, I brought a swaddling cloth to cover the mattress. Even though it was cheap, at least it was clean.

Masya Allah, even though it is OYO, don't doubt the quality of service and cleanliness of the room, it's top, I've stayed here twice, I recommend staying here next time I go to Lampung, the room is big, the AC is cold, the car park is in front of the room and the cleanliness of the room and toilet is top, always be successful 🤗

For that price, it's pretty good... The place is clean.. It has AC, there's a closet too, the bathroom is clean, just a bit slippery when I first checked in, the toilet hole was cleaned, bro, it looks a bit yellow, hmm🙏🏻
