The room is small, but it's okay for transit. There's a delicious Jeju cafe where you can have breakfast, and there are lots of eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately, our room had a problem with the water heater, so the kids had to shower with cold water. We've tried to fix it, but it still hasn't worked.

The location is really good and strategic. Lots of eating places.

Friendly staff, great service, clean rooms, and exactly as pictured. The coffee at the Jeju cafe is delicious 😍

The room was cleaned daily, and this trip to Pavilion Mall and Suria KLCC was a short walk due to the hotel's proximity to the mall. The coffee at Jeju Cafe is also delicious, opening at 7 a.m.

The staff was so nice and friendly, receptionists are the best, super. The hotel was super clean, nice atmosphere, central location surrounded by restos and coffee shop 👍

Very comfortable and impressive at Hotel Mesui, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Overall was good! Super clean, location near from pavilion and alor street night market. You only need 7-10 minutes walk. Connection (wifi) was good. At the lobby hotel there is coffee shop, and sorround by japanese restaurant, pizza, and also bar hahah. Staff helpful and nice. Unfortunately there are no tea, coffee ect facilities but they give you water heater, iron, and two glass. Rooms not big, so its fit for a couple only not family friendly. I was borrow spoon and fork but the staff give me the used one (like spoon and fork that u get if u take away food from restaurant i guess, cause the have different color😂)

I love Jeju Coffee which is located in the hotel lobby! Affordable price also the taste was so good! Would stay again in Mesui Hotel. Thank you!

Small hotel but nice to stay.

quite comfortable, the room is a bit narrow, the road to the pavilion is about +-1000 meters

Staffs were friendly, room is alright. The only thing I didn't like was the soundproofing really bad. Early in the morning I was awoken by the housecleaner vacuum sound right next door. It was so loud.

the room is minimalist, the good thing is there is a coffee shop in the lobby, the coffee is delicious, for a hairdryer you can ask at the receptionist, the location in my opinion is a bit far to the pavilion, and the road is uphill and downhill, only around the hotel there are many cafes, like in Kuta, there are many foreigners.. deposit 100MYR, okay..

Comfortable, clean, safe hotel, fairly soundproof rooms, and fairly close to Alor street. Close to Rm Nasi Kandar, close to Sevel too, right next to the hotel ad Rm Jepang.

Nice staff, room and bathroom is clean and comfy, but no hair dryer and the iron isn't hot enough.

Less, only the location is quite close to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor. The condition of the hotel in my opinion is not good.
