Stayed at Kar's Inn Tembalang for a night. Knowing how cheap the prices are, I didn't expect much of it. We had enough space for our belongings and the bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a few filthy spots and marks on the bedsheet of both our beds. We asked the staff to change them, fortunately they were helpful. Then as we were about to rest, some roaches came up to the bed so we decided to ask the staff for an insect spray. The room is also quite dirty. It might look "clean" but I find my feet to be extremely dirty every time I stepped on the floor, even after washing it in the bathroom. Especially underneath the beds, it looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. One other thing, I also experienced an electric blackout the next morning. I thought it was a whole hotel thing but apparently it was just my room's token needed to be paid. I didn't mind the blackout, but I just thought that the Hotel would've prepared such things before a guest checks in. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but I've had stays at hotels with similar prices (and some even cheaper!) that were a lot better than this. The least you could do is keep the room clean and neat. There's always room to improve.

Sorry, but in my experience sleeping there, the blanket was dirty, the pillow smelled musty, and the room was dusty, but other than that, it was pretty good.

The entertainment media is still digital TV (preferably smart TV), the location is quite easy to reach even though it is in a small alley, there is car parking too.

The hotel is quite good for resting.

The bathroom was not very clean, there were cigarette butts in the toilet, the sink was also not very clean.

I was helped to check in, but there was a problem with the room, but no one was on standby to help when I had trouble getting in.

Parking is quite good, access to everywhere is easy, close to campus.

It's incredibly helpful for students and employees on a budget who are planning meetings out of town. The owner is very kind and considerate.

The room was comfortable, the AC was cool, and there was water in the dispenser placed outside the room. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi couldn't connect to the TV, and the electricity token ran out at 3:30 a.m., and the pillowcases weren't very clean. But overall, I liked the hotel's atmosphere. I recommend staying here.

As expected. The TV was broken, and the hotel tried to fix it, but it didn't work. It wasn't a problem for me because I wanted to rest right away. There should have been a bath mat after getting out of the shower.

My first time staying here, I didn't expect to find mineral water, towels, and soap; I was told to bring them from the front desk to my room. The TV wouldn't turn on, there was always no signal, and the sheets and blanket were worn out. There were no tissues, which are a hotel staple.

The hotel staff helped remind us before our arrival to confirm our arrival and room availability. They also greeted us warmly. However, upon arrival, our room's air conditioning was problematic, and we were eventually upgraded to a better room. The room was clean with adequate amenities, similar to a room for boarders or travelers. The hotel's location is very close to the UNDIP Tembalang campus. Food is guaranteed, as it's close to the boarders' food stalls and other restaurants.

Got it for 340 thousand.. there is no trash can, doormat and towel in the room AC is not cold.. the room smells Just once.. especially if you bring children, it is not recommended, very different from the photo 👎🏻
